Enjoyed the hotel, it is superior and clean, has particularly good location in the middle of jackson. My room included climate control, a seating area, and an electronic key card. Location: the venue was near the airport and the City center. Also, the property was 3 miles away from Craft Park.

The hotel is situated near the airport which is convenient for those with their own transportation. the hotel beds are comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms are clean. the restaurant staff is also helpful and courteous. Facilities such as a restaurant and comfortable beds are available.

Some front desk staff may be unpleasant and unhelpful towards guests who need recommendations or are experiencing problems.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room at The Fern Residency. The bed was comfortable and the washroom was well-maintained.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel that affected our overall experience. the hotel's location was somewhat outside the city, and a car or taxi was necessary to get around.

Spent my Christmas holiday at this hotel and it had a lot to offer. Loved the spacious and clean rooms, and how they were furnished. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of choices to choose from. The location of the hotel was perfect – central to the city and close to major tourist attractions. The staff were prompt, friendly and accommodating. a great stay!

The hotel did not have a gym or fitness centre. , the view from the rooms was not so great – there was not much to see from the balcony.
